Common rail pump and injector testing

Common rail injector test pump

Professional bench for common rail systems, able to test the common rail pump and the common rail injector at the same time.

01Pump testing: pressure, PVC working status, self leakage, pump delivery (optional), HP0 pump testing (optional)

02Injector testing: leakage and oil quantity at pre-injection, idling, emissions and full load (Leak, VL, EM, LL, VE)

03Pressure sensor and DRV valve testing

04System support: Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens

05Testing data stored inside for both pump and injector

06Electronic fuel delivery measuring with automatic detection

07Data can be searched, printed and built into a database
